GrowDVM Dashboard
The internal tool GrowDVM's team uses to report on and manage marketing for the independently owned veterinary clinics we work with.
What it is
The GrowDVM Dashboard runs at dashboard.growdvm.com. It is built and operated by GrowDVM Inc. Only GrowDVM staff sign in. Clinics do not need an account; they see their results in the reports we send them.
Google Ads reporting
Each clinic links its Google Ads account to GrowDVM's manager account. The Dashboard uses the Google Ads API to read each clinic's campaign, keyword, search term, location, and conversion data so our team can:
- see spend, clicks, calls, and cost per lead for every clinic in one place;
- build the weekly and monthly reports we send each clinic owner;
- match phone calls to the ad click and keyword that produced them;
- get suggested negative keywords and Quality Score fixes. A team member reviews every suggestion and decides whether to make the change. The Dashboard never changes ads, budgets, or bids on its own.
Clinic inbox
A clinic can connect its Facebook Page and Instagram account so our team can answer messages and comments for the clinic in one inbox. Replies come from templates the clinic approved or from AI drafts a team member approves before they are sent.
Your data
We only use connected account data to provide our services to the clinic it belongs to. We never sell it or use it for advertising. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. To delete data, see Data deletion.
