Data deletion instructions
How to disconnect the GrowDVM Dashboard and have us delete the data it holds about you or your clinic.
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find GrowDVM Dashboard, select it, and choose Remove.
- Open Instagram and go to Settings, then Website permissions or Apps and websites.
- Find GrowDVM Dashboard and choose Remove.
- Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Select GrowDVM Dashboard and choose Delete all connections.
Ask us to delete your data
Removing the app stops new data from reaching us. To also delete what we already hold, email privacy@growdvm.com with the subject “Data deletion” and the Page, Instagram account, Google account, or clinic it concerns. When you remove the app from Facebook or Instagram, we also receive a deletion request automatically and start the same process.
We confirm your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices). You can check on a request at the same email address.
