Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Use this page to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising on growdvm.com.
What we mean by “share”
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), making identifiers available to advertising platforms, such as Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp, _fbc, fr) and Google Ads cookies (_gcl_au, IDE), for cross-context behavioral advertising counts as sharing. You have the right to opt out, and this page is one of the ways you can do that.
Opt me out
Click the button below to immediately disable the Advertising category in your cookie preferences. We'll set your gdvm_consent cookie to record the opt-out, fire the corresponding signals to Meta Pixel and Google Consent Mode v2 so no further advertising data leaves this browser, and open the preferences modal so you can confirm.
We also honor Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal (built in to Brave and DuckDuckGo browsers, available as an extension for Chrome / Firefox / Edge), we treat that as a valid opt-out automatically. You don't need to click anything; the advertising category is forced off the moment we read the signal, and you can confirm in the panel.
Email opt-out
If you'd rather we process the request manually, for example, if you want us to delete data we've already shared, or you're submitting an opt-out on behalf of someone else under an authorized agent letter, email us at privacy@growdvm.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share, Opt-Out Request.” We'll respond within the timelines required by California law (generally 45 days).
What stays on, what turns off
- Still on: Necessary cookies (the consent cookie itself, security cookies). These are required for the Site to function.
- Optional: Analytics (Google Analytics 4). You can keep these on or turn them off independently in . Disabling analytics is not required by the “Do Not Sell or Share” right, but it's your choice.
- Off after opt-out: Advertising / targeting cookies. Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion / remarketing signals will stop sending data for this browser.
